Wedding Day
  • Initial consultation

  • Shared tracking document holding all event details

  • 6 and 3 month meetings

  • Unlimited email + phone communication

  • Construct a detailed event day timeline

  • Confirm all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the event

  • Work with venue to determine roles and responsibilities during event

  • Facilitate the ceremony rehearsal (if applicable)

  • Onsite coordination from setup through takedown

  • Manage event setup 

  • Act as the point of contact for all vendors + venue representatives

  • Setup of client-owned decor  

  • Direct the ceremony processional (if applicable)

  • Assist the VIPs and guests as needed

  • Distribute final payment and gratuity to vendors

  • Secure cards + gifts and deliver to agreed upon location

  • Provide an emergency kit

  • Deal with any unforeseen hiccups

  • Complete take down with venue team at the end of the event

  • Assist with the return of any outside rentals
