My goal is to create a day as special and unique as you two. We will meet to review various preferences, your budget, and talk through what elements you value the most. I’ll walk away from this meeting with a solid understanding of you two!

It’s go time! Working off a custom timeline, I begin to tackle all planning milestones. Starting large, I gather quotes and compare vendors who best align with your priorities. But don’t worry, all decisions will have your stamp of approval! Months in, my focus shifts to the smaller tasks, such as your timeline, transportation, and of course - nailing the aesthetic with decor, rentals, and stationary.

Vendor Meetings

One of the most important aspects of my job is to ensure your vendors are clear on their roles + responsibilities! For many, this entails getting to know you, the client - which is why I facilitate meetings with your photographer, florist, and others who would like insight into the couple to finalize their plan. Our planning meetings with your venue are especially important to build a floor plan and understand the flow of the day so we are ready to go!
